MEET NICOSHIA WYNN
AUTHOR. STRATEGIST. ENTREPRENEUR
For more than twenty years, my work has centered on people, leadership, change, and what happens when the next step is not always obvious.
My career has taken me through human resources, higher education, K–12 education, organizational leadership, and nonprofit executive leadership. I’ve led teams, developed leaders, supported organizations through change, and built programs and partnerships that turned ideas into action.
But my experience goes beyond my job titles. I’m also an entrepreneur, wife, mother, and former collegiate athlete. Those roles have taught me a lot about pressure, responsibility, competing priorities, setbacks, and making decisions when there is no perfect answer.
Over time, I learned that every difficult moment does not require an immediate reaction. Sometimes you need to step back, pay attention to what is happening, and determine your next move. That way of thinking became the foundation for Sit Back and Eat Popcorn® and the P.O.P.C.O.R.N. Framework™.
Today, I use what I’ve learned from leadership, business, education, community work, and life to help people and organizations think through difficult situations, make better decisions, and determine what comes next.
