Nicoshia Wynn is the CEO, entrepreneur, realtor, and transformational leader behind Sit Back and Eat Popcorn™, a movement that motivates dreamers, doers, and difference-makers to rise above challenges and lead with purpose. She empowers professionals and youth alike to unlock their potential, build resilience, and transform pressure into progress.

As the Founder of Relentless Academy, a nonprofit dedicated to youth, arts, and education, she leads transformative, year-round programs that empower young people to achieve academic success, develop leadership skills, and build pathways to generational wealth. Signature initiatives include the S.M.A.R.T. Program for elementary and middle school students and the Mogul City Youth Internship Program for high school students.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Nicoshia turned her early passion for youth, art, education and sports into a 20-year journey of leadership and service—helping others grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. With 20 years of HR experience, she brings deep expertise in leadership, talent development, and building high-performing people-centered systems. Through her work as an entrepreneur and realtor, she also champions access, ownership, and long-term legacy-building for individuals and families.

Nicoshia resides in the Twin Cities with her husband and three children and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
